The historic Kress building, a central landmark in downtown Altoona, is undergoing a transformative redevelopment, breathing new life into the heart of the city. This project will introduce five luxury loft-style apartments on the second floor and approximately 11,000 square feet of versatile commercial space on the first and lower levels.

The second floor of the Kress building will house five spacious luxury loft-style apartments.
